1. Introduction

Welcome to Arjent. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We act solely as a marketplace connector between local sellers and customers.

2. Platform Role

Arjent provides the technology for sellers to list products and for customers to discover and order them. We do not manufacture, store, or directly deliver products. Product ownership, stock accuracy, pricing, delivery, and fulfillment responsibility belong entirely to the sellers.

3. Payments

To confirm an order and prevent fake requests, customers are required to pay a small advance (usually 5%–10%) online via our secure payment partner, Cashfree. The remaining balance is handled entirely offline between the customer and the seller during pickup or delivery. The platform never stores your card or bank details.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery availability is dependent entirely on each individual shop's policy. Pickup times may use flexible collection slots depending on the order quantity and the seller's preparation time.

5. User Responsibilities

Customers are expected to inspect products during pickup or delivery. Users under the age of 18 must use the platform under parent or guardian supervision.

6. Dispute Resolution

While Arjent may assist in dispute resolution where necessary to maintain platform trust, the final responsibility for the product and its quality remains with the seller.
