Refund & Cancellation Policy
Understanding how refunds work for your advance payments.
1. Advance Payments
When you place an order on Arjent, you pay a small advance online (5%–10%) to confirm the order. The rest is paid offline. This policy dictates how and when that advance payment can be refunded.
2. When You Get a Full Refund
- Seller Rejection: If the seller rejects your order because they are out of stock or too busy.
- Seller Timeout: If the seller fails to accept or process your order within the stipulated time.
- Wrong Product: If the seller delivers a completely wrong product and the issue is verified.
3. When Refunds Are Not Possible
Once a seller has accepted your order and begins preparing or customizing it, your advance payment may become partially or fully non-refundable. This protects our local sellers from losses due to last-minute cancellations on prepared goods.
4. Returns
We do not offer a general return policy. Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products thoroughly during pickup or delivery before paying the remaining offline balance. Once the transaction is completed offline with the seller, any return requests must be handled directly with the shop according to their own policies.
