Seller Guidelines
Maintaining a trusted marketplace for our community.
1. Shop Approval & Verification
To maintain a high-quality platform, all shops are manually verified by our team. OTP phone verification is mandatory for all seller accounts to ensure authenticity.
2. Core Responsibilities
As a seller on Arjent, you hold full responsibility for the following:
- Stock Accuracy: You must keep your inventory updated. Canceling orders due to fake stock listings harms the customer experience.
- Pricing: Prices must be clear, accurate, and fair. Misleading pricing is strictly prohibited.
- Product Quality: You are responsible for ensuring the products you hand over match the description and are of good quality.
- Fulfillment & Delivery: You are responsible for packing, preparing, and (if offered) delivering the orders on time.
3. Disciplinary Actions
We expect our sellers to maintain high standards. Repeated issues will lead to penalties, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
Actions that trigger penalties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining fake stock listings.
- Repeatedly canceling accepted orders.
- Delivering wrong or damaged products.
- Abusive behavior towards customers or platform staff.
- Misleading pricing or deceptive product images.
4. Support
Arjent acts as a technology connector. While we will help mediate disputes where possible, you are the ultimate owner of the customer relationship and the transaction.
