1. Overview
To ensure the safety of our customers and compliance with local laws, Arjent maintains a strict policy on what can and cannot be sold through our platform. Sellers found violating this policy will face immediate suspension and possible legal action.
2. Strictly Prohibited Items
Sellers are prohibited from listing, selling, or facilitating the sale of:
- Illegal Products: Any item that is illegal to sell, possess, or distribute under Indian law.
- Counterfeit Goods: Fake, replica, or unauthorized copies of branded products.
- Dangerous Items: Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or unsafe materials.
- Government-Banned Products: Any specific items or categories that have been restricted or banned by local, state, or national government authorities.
3. Enforcement
Our team actively monitors listings. If a prohibited item is found, it will be removed immediately. The seller's account will be reviewed and may be subject to permanent removal from the Arjent marketplace.
